I have a Laserjet Pro MFP M277 dw and after installing the printer an drivers on a new PC, I can no longer print duplex automatically. I can only opt for the manual duplex printing in the printing preferences.

The printer is connected to the PC via Wifi.

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.

Shlomi

THanks. That did the trick.

Okay, I had to uninstall the printer and then reinstall with the downloaded drivers from the HP site. Once that was done I went into Control Panel - Devices & Printers and changed the settings which has proved successful.

gael is happy 🙂
