I saw a post in 2019 for power issues with this printer.

We have started having issues with our office printer as well.

But we can get power back on if we unplug for several hours.

The power will eventually goes out in less than 8hrs.

We are assuming there must be some sort of power module in the printer that is overheating perhaps.

So our question is, does anyone know if this is fixable in house.

I'm not sure if the printer was registered when it was bought less then a year ago so have no idea if it is covered under warranty.

 Thanks

You can check your warranty here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

If you have your bill of sale then you will be covered regardless as the check above will show warranty based on date item left factory not sold date, and sold date is what warranty is based on.

Did you try the NVRAM reset posted elsewhere by people experiencing the intermittent power off and on?  Thats what mine was doing before it croaked.  Waiting a few hours to try again
