Why I cannot print in Legal size paper?

You might need to set what type of paper is in the tray from the Printer settings page.  Right click properties, if it is networked login into it directly.  Sometimes if you set it to the paper feeder first rather than automatic you will able to select what paper size/type is in the feeder.

Hi,

The printer do not Legal paper size, it support up to A4 / Letter size.

You may find the printer specifications below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05968109#AbT8

Media sizes supported (U.S. standard)
Letter, envelopes (No. 10); custom

Media sizes, custom (U.S. standard)
4.13 x 5.83 to 8.5 x 11.69

US Legal equals 8.5 x 14.0 in, the printer supports up to 11.69 in length
