MFP M477 series won't print black (New Thread)

Brand new printer, have had for one year in the box as was moving twice.

Printer had the error 59:

had to buy another Transfer belt assy

Printer comes ready finally, but now no black toner is printing at all.

All colors print, NO BLACK. This is no matter what, test page on panel or from computer. All other colors look great.

Have seen this same issue from 2017 and 2019 and noone answered the question at all

An answer would be good.

Check the contacts in the cartridge drawer. Make sure that any silver contacts look the same in both the color and black sections. Could be as simple as bent drum contact.

Appreciate suggestion.

Have cleaned contacts on toner and drawer, look of contacts look same for all 4 color.

Will look again as it seems to be best fit of issue.

New Hp black toner, and a second new black toner both same issue.

this is a printer hardware problem.
