M5035
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I ungraded from Win 8 to Win 10 about a year ago. I have a MFP M5035 networked in my office. I can print to the printer with no problem. In the past, I was able to Fax from my computer to the M5035. There must of been some Windows update that corrupted the fax driver. I have the original disk and tried to reinstall the fax software / driver but it hangs.  I did check to make sure that any printer devices were deleted prior to the reinstall. I even turned off Mcafee.  Any suggestions on getting my networked fax to operate again????

You need to use the HP Universal Fax driver.

Link below my go to the 32 bit version, just change to the correct windows system and download

The notes for this do not list the M5035 as supported, if this does not work, PM me and I will see if I have an older Enterprise driver.
