  • What exactly happens when you try to print?
  • What happens when you try to scan?
  • Are you seeing any error message or error code on the printer or computer?
  • Are you using Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS?
  • Is the printer connected through Wi-Fi or USB?
  • Does the printer's copy function work correctly from the printer control panel?
