HP Color Laserjet 2600N Cartridges
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Color Laserjet 2600N printer and the pages are coming out with magenta vertical lines.  Did the cleaning mode twice, cleaned off the rolling mylar sheet inside the door and emptied the waste compartment in the magenta cartridge by sliding a 3 by 5 card along the slot.  The screen shows that I still have plenty of toner left in all of the color cartridges - which have been working just fine for many months.

I believe that I have a defective cartridge - is there any warranty on them?  How and who do I contact for warranty replacement?

If they are OEM cartridges they are warranted until the toner level reaches low. You need to contact HP technical support in order to proceed with a warranty.

I have looked in every corner I could think of and I can't seem to find out how to contact the tech support folks.  Do you know how to get hold of them?

I was able to contact HP Tech support by using the "HP Tech Support Assistant" app.  They told me to return the defective toner cartridge back to where I purchased it.  This makes no sense since the supplier has no way to confirm whether the toner cartridge is good or bad and will just tell me to return it to HP.  The endless circle!!  This is not good product support.
