Hi @SuperGiulio,

 

I would suggest to also add the printer as a Bonjour printer and try changing the settings. When you want to print in Black and White, just switch the driver. But again you may get the error back.

 

I believe by setting up the printer with a USB connection, instead of networking the printer, it will also resolve this issue.

I'm having the same problem.

 

I'm not printing from a computer at all.

I plugged in a USB thumb-drive and selected "print documents".

 

This has worked perfectly before.  In fact I was printing with no problems just a few hours ago.

 

I'm using an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw which I purchased less than a week ago.

 

Can I have the reset instructions?  

Why can't you just post them publicly for everyone to use?

I'm having this same recurrent low memory problem on my m252dw, even though it might not have been used all day and this is the first print job. I've deleted and reinstalled it over and over, and it's getting extremely frustrating having to reinstall the printer nearly every time I use it. I've tried wireless and Ethernet connections and have no luck in getting it to stay working more than a couple of days before having the same error again.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you would like the reset for the printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Did you already manually add the printer as the IP Protocol that was posted previously to resolve this issue?

My MFP476dn gives memory low job cancelled errors when using it as a copy machine. If I power cycle the machine, the error will go away for a while. I've updated the firmware. The message appears after I select "Black" for the copy type.
