Message says jam in tray 3 but see no jam

I have a HP Color Laser Jet  MFP M477fnw. I added third paper tray to the printer. I get the same message every time, "jam in tray 3", but there is no paper jam at all. I do not know why this  is happening. Can anyone help? Thank you!

If you confirmed there is no paper jam then turn off the printer & remove power cable & wait for one minute.

If problem not solved then swap DC controler

I tried the first part of your solution, it did not work. What is the DC controller. I looked it up online, could not determine what you are recommending. Also, now I choose to print from my computer to tray 3 and the printer quickly says" load paper tray 2", but there is paper in tray 2 and tray 3, then automactically cancels the print.

You said when you print from computer then it’s displaying on printer display load paper tray2, that’s mean before printing printer was in ready state & if yes then you can a test (demo) page from printer through printer control panet & if it is working fine then it is looking driver issue, configure printer driver by right click on driver icon & select troubleshoot.
