Multiple pages on one sheet at original size

Hey, I was wondering if you guys can help me.

I have the m254dw but I want to print multiple pages of a pdf on one sheet of card but the file sizes are at A7. When I select multiple and select 2x2, the software enlarges the files to fill the space - is there anyway of it not doing this?

Also, if I have a file with 5 pages, 1-4 are different designs but page 5 is a common back, is there anyway of setting up a multiple page in the print options to print one side of paper and then page 5 in place of the front 4?

I don't know if it is still available, but years ago I purchased some very clever software from a company called "Blue Squirrel". It let you make booklets where you could put several pages on a single sheet that when folded, even duplexed, would come out in the correct order. It wasn't expensive. There were all kinds of options an capabilities.
