476 Pro dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My 476 Pro dw will not reset. Power cycling does not work. I keep getting the same error message on the screen- Printer error, turn off then on, but that does nothing and the error message resumes again. Also, all the side icons are blinking on and off. Performed a Windows 10 update yesterday...

Disconnect the USB or network cable from the printer and try restarting with only the power cord attached. If the printer will come to ready then likely you have a corrupt print job in the queue on the PC. If it still does not come to ready then you have a hardware failure. You can try performing an NVRAM reset on the printer.
