Product: HP Color LaserJet 1600

My Color LaserJet 1600 does not print red. I installed a new ink catridge and followed the steps to see the results of a safe test. Still, the test showed that the red color is very faded. How can I get the printer to print red?

You need to clean the scanner lences.

Sounds like the magenta toner is faulty and needs replaced. Are they compactible toners? Try removing all the toners gently shaking them to even up toner powder and re-install
