HP Recommended

My HP Officejet 5745 will not power on. I have disconnected the power cord from the printer and waited 60 seconds and plugged it back in. Ther is a green light indicator on in the back but the printer doesn’t power on. I’ve tried pushing the power button quickly and I’ve also tried holding it down for 20 seconds.

This seems to be a Hardware issue. I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
