I have loaded three HP color inks packs for cyan (blue) in the past hour. All were bought a Office Depot, but none will work. I keep getting an error code saying the inks are counterfeit, but I bought them at Office Depot.

Then perhaps you should return them...

I did that the first few times this happened, but now all of the cyan (blue) toners give me the message of counterfeit. I've cleaned the contact for the toner, but nothing works. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem. The last time I returned one of the toners marked as counterfeit by HP, Oiffce Depot canceled my rewards card.
