The printer is always set to make 98 copies.  It is very easy to print too many copies before I can stop it.The printer always goes back to 98 copies after having completed a job.  How do I reset it to always be on 1 unless I change it manually?

Hello, @CarolynSM - Hope you are well 🙂

I understand that you are having issues while changing the copy settings. Do not worry, I am here to help! Let’s first try to change the copy defaults. Here are the steps:

  1. First off, change the number of copy to 1.
  2. Now, press the copy options and go to the “Copy settings”.
  3. Scroll to the very end and select the option which says “Set as new defaults”.
  4. Save the settings and then try making a new copy and check.

If the issue persists, I’d suggest performing a full reset on the printer. I am sending you a private message with the steps. Please check the mailbox icon at the top right corner of your screen to access your inbox.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂
