HP Enterprise M507
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an untitled job listed in Storage. When I tried to clear it the Trashcan is greyed out and Nothing else will print until this is deleted

go through the embedded web server and purge the stored jobs that way. Someone has turned on the job storage on their driver. Do you have a usb stick in the printer because I did not think the 507 would job storage without extra memory.

No USB stick. I'm an amateur so I don't understand your first two sentences. Embedded web server? Turned ON job storage? Please pretend I'm stupid (not a far stretch) and maybe put in baby talk terms

Ok, if the printer is connected via network, you can type the IP address of the printer into a web browser and this will take you to a website that is built into the printer and this is called the embedded web server or EWS for short. This site allows you to configure and control all functions of the printer.

Job storage is a feature that allows you to send a print job and the printer will hold the lob until you request it from the control panel. If you have not selected job storage, then it may have been turned on by accident. This function. Is turned on when going to print a job through the printer properties in the driver but can also be set as the default. That you cannot delete the job suggests that it may have been sent with a permanent option set that requires a pin code to delete.  Are messages you are receiving on the control panel of the printer or is this a message on your PC?
