When trying to print several pages of PDF, it takes a long time to first load (it counts up 10%, 20% etc) and then print the pages, instead of printing one page after another quickly, as my previous printer.

I have tried various fixes recommended online, taken out the power for 60 seconds, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc.

Driving me slightly nuts.

A warm welcome to HP Community!

Printing the PDF file as an image may resolve the issue. Printing the PDF file as an image will bypass the Acrobat processing by sending the printer a simple image of the document. You may use the steps available here to print the PDF file as an image.

Let me know how it goes!
