Hi,
My p1007 Printing black vertical thick strip and toner powder is falling out from cartridge.
I have cleaned several times but it still doing the same.

You have a bad toner cartridge, no amount of cleaning will solve the problem, you need to replace the cartridge.
There is a small possibility that the fuser has issues as well but if you see toner falling out of the cartridge and it has not been used this way for too long the printing should be fine once you replace the cartridge and print a few pages to get any excess toner out of the paper path.

Please follow the instructions in Step 2 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-laserjet-p1007-printer/3435678/document/c01179554 to clean the pick up rollers
Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
