Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No error message but I had the printer in storage for a while, didnt remove the cartridges which do not seem to have run out or smeared the ink dust out. I have run a test page a little while ago and that is the result reported on the problem

Replace the magenta toner cartridge. The wiper blade has gone bad.
