Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have turned the printer off and on again several times, including disconnecting the power cables etc, but still showing the same code.

How do I find out about which replacement part I need and the cost?

This error indicates an NVRAM access error. Troubleshooting documents state to ensure you are plugged directly into the wall.  Start by turning off printer, unplug and wait 30 seconds. Then plug back in to see if error is resolved. If not, I would try an NVRAM reset. If that does not resolve then you may need to replace the main board or DC controller. The service manual does not give clear advice on this.  PM sent with reset instructions.

Hi there

I have tried this but it took me straight back to the error code.

Any other suggestions?

Many Thanks
