Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
My printer is printing hair on the paper .I think hair got stuck inside and it was printing on the paper .how could I remove it from my printer I don't knw how to remove and where it got stuck .please help me

Hi @Keerthanabhala,

 

Uploading an image of your problem would be very helpful for us to diagnose the problem better.

From what you are telling us, it seems like the printer's fuser needs replacing. Try and remove the fuser unit and inspect its cylinder surfaces for any damage. Replace it if so.

Where does the fuser placed ?
HP Recommended

You will need a repair/service manual to guide you doing this, but I am not allowed to provide this. Search on the web for your printer model.
