Product: HP Laserjet 1200 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I was assigned to help my teacher by fixing her printer issues. I did a self test and configuration print by pushing the go button. The status log says code 79.0004 and code 30017. If the community has any potential solutions I would be glad to hear them.

HP Recommended

79 errors are communication errors, bad formatter or bad network/usb connection. Try different cables.
