Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Somehow has a password, no one knows the password. We cannot do a factory restart without the password. 

NVRAM restart didn't work.

If the NVRAM reset did not work, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
