Hi,

 

i need an Firmwaredump urgent for the 4730mfp, perhaps somebody has one and can send me it.


The printer is not responding to Network or USB, and asks for Upgrade with parallel, i dont have the cable, and nobody around ( IT Companies also...)

If somebody knows at which hex the rfu file starts, this would be also a help, because it differs from the thread

Even in cases where the printer is no longer under warranty HP can assist with purely firmware related issues.  Requesting firmware fixes should not be out of the ordinary for them.
