Hello,

 

My printer is connected to wifi with an IP address but I can't join it anymore with HP Smart nor HTTP  (no answer).

 

What's the procedure for a full NVRAM reset ?

Hi Frédéric,

I would not recommend performing an NVRAM reset for such.

 

Please restore the network settings of your printer by pressing and holding the wireless button (for more than 20 seconds), till the middle attention light starts blinking.

 

Next, follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel >> Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below to reconfigure the wireless connection using HP Smart:
