LaserJet M603 CE995A
Unknown

Someone has set admin password on 1 of our LaserJet printers and I don't have that password. How can I reset the device?

I don't see anything in user manual for password recovery or reset. This is a LaserJet M603 model CE995A.

Thanks

Chris

Power off printer, power on, when you see all three leds on control panel light up, press "X". This will get you into preboot menu, scroll down to administrator and then select partial clean and click ok. Use the back arrow to get back to continue and press ok again. Unit will restart with all user settings cleared including the EWS password.
