Hi, 

 

Today i have bought LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw printer, all other functionalities are working except Display Back light, I have tried factory reset ,  Did Display Test but back light does not comes up, can you please help me with this.

There is no backlight on M126nw.

Before buying this printer i have seen videos of this model and there i have seen blue display back light, even in the display test you have back light test, and have seen similar complaints from other customers who has same issue some one from HP suggested to reset the NVRAM which i didn't do.
