I have tried everything. This same question was asked on 11-27-2015 but answers now archived. Not printing black, but shows black print for diag page, but not in box. All the other colors print.

As per your description, it looks like an issue with the black ink cartridge itself or it could also be a printhead related issue. The diagnostics page is printing black with the help of other ink cartridges in the printer.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
