A teacher has a MBA running Sequoia.   When he goes to print something, the printer doesn't work and print out the page. 

 

The power button light will blink along with the resume button.  I did check for paper jams, power cycle the printer and check the paper.  I removed the cartridges and the printer does acknowledge when the cartridges are not there. 

 

In my experiences, this type of printer behavior is usually caused by the printer carriage is faulty.
