Only printing half size

After printing several images successfully I started getting the image printed half-size.  I printed this image on my B&W printer and it's normal size but on the color printer it prints small.  In the print preview it fills the paper but not when it prints.  See the photo.  I turned off the printer and restarted and it still does this.

Scale to fit paper size using the printer settings

Follow these steps to specify the size of a document to fit the page size for printing.

Note:

• The print setting options will vary depending on the Windows version and Office applications or app.
• From the Office app, select the Print option.
• Select the printer, and then click Properties or Printer Properties.
• Printer Properties

• Click the Advanced tab.
• In the Scale/Resize area, select the Print document on option, and then select a size from the drop-down list.
• Click OK to close the printer settings or properties dialog box.
• In the Print dialog box, click OK or Print to print the job.
• Depending on your Windows version, click Apply to save the settings, and then click Print in the Print dialog box.

Reset printer defaults

• In Devices and Printers, 
• Right‑click your printer 
• Printing Preferences 
• Click Restore Defaults.

Then reselect paper size and quality manually.
