Product: HP LaserJet 1020 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In my HP Laserjet 1020 Plus printer, only attention light is ON (not blinking). I switched off and on the printer and check every trouble shooting steps but all efforts had been in vain. Every time I switch on the printer, only attention light glow and ready light doesn't respond.

What could be the reason?

Try this:

Remove the toner cartridge. Check for any paper stuck in printer. With the printer ON, unplug the printer power cord for 30 minutes.

 

Plug the printer power cord directly into a wall power outlet (do not use a power strip, surge protector or UPS), and then turn the printer on. See what the lights are now. If the attention light is blinking, install the toner cartridge. See if that helps.

No, it didn't work. Still only attention light glow.
