Product: DEll 3000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I set up the printer and tried to run a few test print but the orange light stays on for no paper but the tray is full. the white knob on the bottom left goes done once the tray is pushed in indicating like theres no paper. how do i get that button to stay up to say paper is full

Hi i just checked on the net. this error is referred to as the fatal error.
