      Position: 1842

 

Continues to print between jobs. I have downloaded and installed the "HP_LaserJet_Enterprise_M506-PCL_6_Win8_Plus_Full_Soln_18141" driver update.

if you are printing from Microsoft office, make sure you have all current service packs applied.

I am receiving a PCL error when printing from my HP Zbook to my HP LaserJet 3600n using Windows 10.  Here are the details:

Subsystem: KERNEL

Error: IllegalTag

Operator: 0x58

Position: 11

 

What should I do to get this addressed?  Thank you!
