Laserjet 8100 DN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got a Laserjet 8100 does not print from Adobe Reader.  However, pdf files when viewed inside a browser print OK.   Any solutions to making the printer work with the Adobe PDF Reader?  My Laserjet 5si prints from Adobe Reader files fine...

Fixed the problem by updating to the latest Adobe Reader DC.  I had the older Reader XL.

With the older Read XL, when I sent a print job to the printer, nothing visible happened - no message on the printer, no little pop-up of the printer symbol on the windows tray at the bottom - it was as though nothing happened.

But with the update, it all works fine now.

What happens when you send a pdf job from Adobe Reader? I there processing job message on printers panel or not?

What printer driver are you using, can you instal a driver for laserjet 9000 series and see what happens?
