Please help! When I send a job to my printer,  the printer turns on and quickly displays "Printing document" and then it just quits and the job is gone from the queue!

Have you tried restarting both the printer and the computer? It could simply be a random drop off and a restart my resolve the problem. If you are trying to print PDF documents, it could be a corrupt document or you may want to try printing from a different PDF program such as foxit.

Yes, I have restarted the printer and computer. I have unplugged the router, and plugged it back in. I updated the firmware on the printer. I am trying to print shipping labels from the PayPal website.
