PRINT OUTPUT FACE UP

Hi, I am currently running HP P3015N printers and have them set for outputting print via the side exit so that they can print "text up" on output as opposed top "text down"...…. I am looking to update the print fleet to HP M507N devices but require any new printer to also output "Print Up"...… can you advise if the HP507N has this capability ?

If not can you suggest an alternative that does ?

good question. HP used to have a driver option to output in reverse order which would achieve this, not sure if they still do. I have a 506 on my bench I am testing, will try today and post back.

You cannot output through the back door on these devices and I could not find a setting that would provide face up through the regular output tray.

My best advice is to find some M604/605/606 series printers and buy them. They are the last of the rear exit door printing devices HP made. All new products print face down only due to design changes in the hardware. The only exception would be the M806 which is probably more machine than you are looking for.
