DURING PRINTING OF 150 COPIES OF CHRISTMAS LETTER THE PRINTER BEGAN OUTPUT OF A BLUE BAND ALONG THE RIGHT SIDE OF OUTPUT PAGES. I'VE RUN CLEANING PROTOCOL MULTIPLE TIMES.  LOOKED IN THE BACK DOOR AND SEE BLUE TONER ON CORRESPONDING RUBBER ROLLER.   CAN I CLEAN OR RUN ADDITIONAL CLEANING PROCEDURE TO FIX.  CARTRIDGES ARE REPORTED ADEQUATELY SUPPLIED WITH TONER. I'M NOT CERTAIN DISCARDING THEM WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. YOUR ADVICE??

Typically that means the Cyan toner cartridge is defective. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the Cyan cartridge.

HP Recommended

Before you replace the cyan toner cartridge try to pour out toner from waste toner bin to see if it helps.

You need business card and garbage can.
