HP COLOR LASERJET ENTERPRISE FLOW MFP M880
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
I have my HP COLOR LASERJET ENTERPRISE FLOW MFP M880 printer that restarts itself, but when it restarts, it <<< initialising>> without ever stopping. I press Power for a long time to stop the process, and I start it manually.
I found this series of error codes in the printer's event log.
99.05.50; 99.07.22, 99.05.56

Thank you for helping me please

Hi Ytchoupou,

1) Check your fax card on the formatter if it seated properly and the connectors are well conected.

2) Perform a Format Disk via the pre-boot menu of the printer first. Then download the latest FW version in a USB thumbdrive (FAT32 formatted) and update the printer's FW via the pre-boot menu as well.

3) Remove the fax card completely and try again step-2. If this is working, your fax card is faulty.

I hope this may help,

Cheers!

this proposition doesn't work.

In that case you will have to replace the HDD (hard disk drive). When replacing it, do an Erase/Unlock via the preboot and install the latest firmware.
