I had a new router installed and now my printer won't print. I tried to re-enter the wireless password but it appears that there is a system password set on the printer and I have no idea what it is. Can someone please help me restore the printer defaults. Every menu on the display is asking for a password and I can't get past any of the options to make any changes.

Hello,
I have sent you a private message with instructions to reset option the printer. Please only change the fields quoted in my private message. I ask you not to republish the procedure indicated in my PM in the public community and I thank you for doing so.
Then proceed as follows to restore the printer's factory settings :
WARNING: Restore Defaults restores all network and product settings to their default values and also deletes the fax header name, phone number and all faxes stored in the product memory. This procedure also deletes the fax directory and any pages that are stored in memory. The procedure then automatically restarts the product.
- Open the control panel (drag the top panel tab down from any screen, or touch the panel area on the Home screen).
- On the control panel, touch Setup icon (
). - Touch Printer Maintenance, and then touch Restore.
- Touch Restore Factory Default and touch Continue.
The product restarts automatically.
Afterwards I invite you to come back here.
I remain at your disposal in case of need.
Best regards,
