Hi. Paper coming out of the Officejet Pro 8600 printer has a crease about 2 inches down the page. And sometimes the ink is snudging there. There isn't a paper jam. What could be casuing this and how do I fix it? Thanks.

@DAP24,

Welcome to HP Forums!

Have you checked if the issue happens only while printing or while making a copy from the printer.

Have you checked for any obstructions inside the printer?

Have you tried to clean the rollers. Are you able to move the carriage freely.

Have you tried to check the media before printing? Is it set to plain paper or photo paper.

I would suggest you follow the steps suggested suggested in the support document for - HP Officejet, DeskJet, and Photosmart All-in-One - Printer Paper Tears, Wrinkles, or is Damaged whil...

Alternatively, I would suggest you go through this support document for cleaning the rollers - HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printers - Paper Jam Error

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
