Here is the solution to my problem, as provided by HP Support.  This has fixed my problem.  A couple things to note:

1. The "BL" button referred to stands for 'Bottom Left' button,  It is actually the backwards curved arrow button for going to the previous screen, and it is in the bottom left of the menu display area.

2.  Once the printer is reset, and powered back on, you will need to go through the initial setup again for networking, etc.

This procedure worked for me, and I'm in business again.

The problem seems to have corrected itself. Thanx.

Yes, it fixed my problem.  HP removed the solution I posted, because it is HP confidential information.  If you would like the solution, please contact 'HevnLghHP' on this board for the solution.  It's one you will want to keep.  Thanks.

Hi,

I am experiencing this problem as well.  I have the HP Photosmart C4780 printer.  I have tried the solutions posted in the video, including cleaning the rollers, but my printer is still pulling in the paper too far.  Sometimes it picks up a couple of sheets of paper as well.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!
