Cardstock jams. This printer works fine with regular weight paper, but will not feed cardstock from any tray. It barely gets into the rollers and it gets a jam error. Every time, not intermittent.

Hi,
Ensure your cardstock meets the printer speficiations, I would guess it do not..
First ensure the cardstock is scleary listed as Laser compatible.
Ensure the media weight is Up to 175 g/m2, any thicker/heavier cards are not supported by the printer.
Be aware that only the main paper tray supports cards, the single sheet priority tray is intended for a single plain paper or envelope only, not for any heavier media...
