Paper jam

I hv laser jet 1020 printer. When I print , after first successful page it start picking second page even if I had wished to print one page. It got stuck in middle nd printing stops . Pls help me out.

Also please Ensure the Papers used are fresh, clean, not crumbled, not torn.

For General text documents, use Standard letter size 20 LB Regular White Papers.
