HP LaserJet p2015dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was printing a label (Avery 5160) and forgot to swtich off the double side printing.

When the printer started to print, The first side came out and rolled back into the printer for the other side. But it did not come out. The lable page simply disapperaed. Now I can only print on one side even print to the regular letter paper. If print double side, when the paper rolled back after the first side, it stocked. The jam warning light flashed.

I cleared the paper path, remove everything I could find in the way. I could not find that 5160 page but I believe, the printer ate it.

Is there anyway I can ask the printer to spit it out?

Thanks.

If you pull out the paper tray you will see a green tab to the left of the feed roller in the tray body,  that drops the duplex tray down. That is really the only place paper can hide.
