Product: LJ Enterprise M506
when I print I get the jam code 13.B9.D2 . But immediately before it jams, it makes the noise as if a motor is not spinning. So, I want to order the main motor assembly, but the parts manual does not have THAT part number listed.
(internal assemblies 2 of 4) # 7 (M1 motor).
Can anyone help me with this?

You must have an older version of manual as part number is in the revision I have.
If this is the part you are looking for (main motor)
Part number is RM2-8684-000CN
