Hi,
I need to find a replacement back cover for a HP CN557A (the cover that sits directly underneath the product and serial number lables. I have attempted to look on HP part surfer, but cannot find the component.
Can anyone help?

Hello,
Please find the below info. I guess you are referring to the Duplexer that goes back in to printer. If removed, when the paper would eject out from back during printing process.

Hi Jabzi,
Many thanks - that looks like the whole Duplex assemly, rather than just the cover for teh assembly - do you know if the cover is supplied seperatly or woiuld I have to purchase the whole unit?
