Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hi I can't print photo I try every steps to make sure everything is right but the printer still tell me out of paper. The printer try to take the paper but after 2seconds tell me out of paper. Can you help me pleasr

Sounds like you did not load paper properly. Please check your printer manual to see how to load photo paper properly. Do you have its manual ? If not, what is it ?
