Photosmart C6380
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a used HP printer that was supposedly working fine and after receiving it have had lots of problems.

My printer constantly exhbits messages such as 0xc19a0035 or 0xc9e0035 or 0xc19a0021.  If I lift up one of the cartridges and return it the printer will print.  I cannot complete an alignment and am getting "ink system failure" messages.  Photos do not print well although I am using HP ink, not a 3rd part ink.

Would replacing the print head resolve this? I've cleaned everything I can think of but still have issues.

Thank you.
