Hi Community,

All of my color prints are coming out with a pink hue.  I am using a iMac with a MacOS High Sierra.

Any suggestions to correct the problem.

Thank you.

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

Power resetting the printer, printing a cleaning page, gently rocking the toner cartridge back and forth and adjusting the EconoMode settings may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of your toner cartridges from the printer and close the door

3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)

4) Gently rock the toner cartridge back and forth, refer to solution 5, step 3 from this document.

5) Plug the power cord back into the printer

6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the toner cartridges.

7) Print a cleaning page, refer to solution 5, step 1 from this document.

8.) Adjust the EconoMode settings, refer to solution 5, step 4 from this document.

Let me know how it goes!
