I am unable to print without lines showing up on every single sheet. The printer is only 5 months old. We have cleaned it twice. And are having no luck at all. I have tried calling customer support and have been disconnected 5 times. Help. My warranty runs out in 5 months.

Odds are the magenta toner cartridge has issues. From the reports menu on the printer run a supplies status report and if the magenta toner is below 20% you will need to purchase a new one. If the percentage is more that 20% I would email hp customer care to see about them replacing the magenta toner under the toner warranty. This assumes you have not replaced the magenta toner since you got the printer. If you have replace the toner, then you need to return to place of purchase for refund or exchange is hp original. If not hp, then you are at the mercy of the vendor that sold it to you.
